Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm (GMT) are processed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
During periods of high demand, dispatch times may occasionally extend by 1 additional working day.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are determined by the courier service.

Alixa Pharma currently ships within the United Kingdom only.

Free Standard Delivery
Free on all orders of £60.00 and above
Standard Delivery
£4.99 on orders between £0.00 – £59.99
Next Working Day Delivery
£9.99
Orders must be placed before 2pm to qualify (Monday to Friday)
Please note that Next Working Day Delivery refers to the courier delivery timeframe after dispatch, not the time of order placement.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you may track its progress using the Royal Mail tracking service:

Tracking details will be provided when your shipment leaves our fulfilment facility.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service. While we will always assist in resolving delivery issues, we cannot guarantee delivery times once the parcel is in transit.
Incorrect addresses supplied at checkout may result in delayed delivery, return to sender, or loss of parcel. Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Royal Mail classifies parcels as lost after 10 working days from the expected delivery date.
If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact our support team and we will open a courier investigation.
