Thank you for purchasing from Alixa Pharma. Due to the specialised nature of our products, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

By completing a purchase on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Alixa Pharma are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes only.

Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, medical use, or diagnostic applications.

Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, once products leave our controlled storage and fulfilment environment they cannot be returned to inventory or resold.

2. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Alixa Pharma are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed or dispatched.

This policy is in place to maintain product integrity, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.

Customers are encouraged to review product information carefully before placing an order.

3. Order Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all order details, product selections, and shipping information are correct at the time of purchase.

Alixa Pharma cannot be held responsible for:

  • Incorrect product selections

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Orders placed in error

Once an order has been submitted and processed, changes may not be possible.

4. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments

While we take great care in packaging and dispatching orders, issues may occasionally occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To allow us to investigate the issue, we may request:

  • Photographs of the parcel and packaging

  • Photographs of the product(s) received

  • Your order number

Failure to report an issue within 48 hours of delivery may result in the claim being declined.

Where an issue is confirmed, Alixa Pharma may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following:

  • A replacement product

  • A partial refund

  • Store credit

5. Courier Delays

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are dependent on courier services.

Alixa Pharma cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal or courier providers once the parcel has been dispatched.

6. Returned or Undeliverable Orders

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address information

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Failure to collect from a courier depot

the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Customer Acknowledgement

By placing an order with Alixa Pharma, you confirm that:

  • You understand the research-only nature of the products

  • You accept that all sales are final

  • You agree that returns and refunds are not permitted except where required by law
